McCools Refrigeration Ltd provides industrial and commercial refrigeration and HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and emergency response services throughout KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. All service work is subject to a written quotation accepted by the client.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed only upon written acceptance of a quotation and/or the signing of a service agreement. Prices are subject to change in the event of material cost variations prior to commencement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McCools total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific services in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
